Trekking this Journey Together

Dear Residents:

As the Governor moves our counties into level yellow, we are eager to resume all maintenance requests and to begin holding in-person meetings when necessary. We are equally committed to only changing our current operations so long as the property is fully prepared to safely do so.

We have been working closely with management and maintenance teams to ensure they continue to have sanitizing supplies for the buildings and personal protection equipment for our staff. We have been working with staff to determine scheduling, that includes staff staggering their shifts to promote and maintain social distancing. We are confirming with our staff and vendors that they are healthy daily and will send home anyone who is feeling or showing signs of illness. All staff will continue to wear masks in common spaces and when near others. They are also practicing social distancing and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces multiple times a day.

When your community office is ready to resume additional operations including maintenance requests and in-person meetings the follow measures will be in place:

  • The office will be open to residents and guests by appointment only. We are unable to accept walk-in traffic. This is to allow time for our staff to sanitize the office space in between meetings.

Please help us by continuing to communicate with your Community Manager via phone or email and scheduling appointments for in person meetings only when necessary.

  • For in-person meetings, our staff will arrange the space to ensure social distancing and will be wearing a mask.

Please come to your appointment with a mask on and only bring those who are necessary to the meeting. If you are able, please come to the appointment alone.

  • All work orders will be reviewed and prioritized by our staff. You will be called in advance to schedule the service. At that time, you will be asked if anyone in your home has been ill or showing symptoms of COVID19.

Please practice social distancing with our staff while they are in your home. We ask that you stay in another room if possible while they are completing the service request.

  • Indoor community spaces will remain closed until further notice. We are reopening outdoor spaces including common desks and rooftops.

Please continue to practice social distancing and sanitize surfaces before and after use.

Thank you for your patience with us as and your support as we implement these new measures to maintain a healthy environment for our staff and residents.
