IUP Student Housing
TREK Development Group is working in partnership with Allen & O'Hara Development Company and the Foundation of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (FIUP) to construct 4,000 beds of student housing on the campus of IUP. The project will be constructed in four phases. Phase I, currently under construction, is comprised of 734 beds in 336 separate dwelling units. Occupancy is slated for the fall of 2007.
